When we designed the 234 Sunesta we challenged ourselves to build a boat that had the sleek style of a sportboat, the interior spaciousness and storage capacity of a traditional deck boat and the quality appointments of a Chaparral. Mission accomplished.
Double-duty is the keyword here. The portside dash console is engineered with a hideaway-enclosed head. The wraparound aft seating area has a hideaway engine compartment underneath so the motor's cubic inches don't take up an inch of cockpit space. Aft the rear sunlounge lifts up to reveal a hideaway transom trunk.
The 234 is going to excite with its performance and amaze with its dual-purpose utility and function.
Ideal for conversation, cruising or soaking up the sun, our chaise-lounge-style bow seats are supportive and comfortable. Full-length stainless grab rails add safety and the stereo speakers are inset in the gunwales for optimum sound quality. Buyers can choose from either Platinum or Champagne cockpit color options.
A Chaparral original, to conserve space we made the enclosed portable head a swing-out part of the portside dash console. Inside, you'll enjoy excellent headroom and an opening port with screen. Options include a vanity with Sovereign cherry cabinets, solid surface countertops and sink or either a pump out porta-pottie or porcelain head.
The cockpit mini-galley includes an ice chest, demand water, a swivel faucet, storage underneath and 12 V power supply for portable blenders. There is also an insulated ice chest that drains overboard in the bow and a removable Igloo cooler allows you to move the party from the boat to the beach.
Another Chaparral original, a big hideaway storage trunk is positioned under the sun lounge so vests, ski lines and sports equipment are within easy reach as your on the water. We also keep our stainless steel three step boarding ladders– both fore and aft- out of the way and protected with high quality RTM compartment lids.
